Substantial discounts for Regions, States, Official’s and Coach’s Associations allows these autonomous organizations to purchase DVD’s for their membership for as little as $5 per copy. We would like Regions of USAV and AAU to provide one DVD per team to obtain the best pricing.
Organizations that are willing to offer the DVD to their membership, collecting payments and returning unsold videos, are being afforded a cost of $10 per copy. Minimum shipment of 50 DVD’s is required.
Shipping and handling charges for orders up to 100 will be $20.
USAV Regions using the 2008 Volleyball Officiating Clinic and discount purchase are Delta, Iowa, Arizona, Bayou, Gulf Coast, Southern, Florida, Palmetto, Carolina, and Intermountain.
States participating in our volume purchase plans are Maine, District of Columbia, Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, South Dakota and Nevada.

Re: New Volleyball Rules Video to be Released
A preliminary preview copy of our latest volleyball training video, entitled ’High School Volleyball Officiating, Doing It Right’ will be mailed this week to your association addressed to:

Please watch for this video and direct it to the most appropriate party for viewing and assessing the usefulness of the video for use by your state coaches and officials. The final edited copy will be available at the beginning of August 2007.
We would appreciate your feedback and knowing if you will assist in making the video available to your schools and officials.
One concept for your consideration is implementing an overall state improvement plan that gets a DVD into the hands of every coach and official. This plan would stress the importance of coaches viewing the video with their players pre-season and learning the rules and what to expect from good officials.
Officials will hopefully rise to the challenge to better know and apply the techniques described in the video and thus officiate a better match. We feel that those states with limited programs for official’s training will like the results this video training will bring.
The key is that everyone needs to see the video.
We are currently assisting the Iowa Athletic Association in implementing a plan to get the video to all schools and officials.
Our prices are structured in several options for your consideration. Retail price of this new video DVD will be $39.95. For organizations that are willing to provide a copy of the video to every coach and official to provide 100% participation we will offer the video at a low $5 per copy. Our pre-release pricing options are:
1. 1 or more DVD’s for $20 per DVD
2. 50 or more DVD’s for $18 per DVD
3. 100 or more DVD’s for $16 per DVD
4. 250 or more DVD’s for $12 per DVD
5. A DVD for 100% of your schools and officials for $5 per DVD
We will be able to meet a delivery schedule for orders of 100 or more by August 1st if ordered by July 11th.
States that are unable to find a way to include this program in their budget may want to consider other creative ways to share costs with schools and officials. Given the low cost we are willing to offer, you may choose to markup the DVD and use this method as a means to generate a breakeven status.
